Refund & Return Policy
All returns, exchanges, cancellations, replacements, and requested refunds from the purchase of our products are governed by this Return and Refund Policy. All customer returns must obtain prior authorization from Sunny.
Pre-Order Refund Requests
If you need to update your address, fill out this form. For anyone who would like to request a refund for their pre-order, please fill out this form. Due to our incredibly small team and laser focus on manufacturing improvements, we WILL NOT be able to go through all the emails, DMs, or comments that you send to us at this time. Additionally, due to limited funds, we will review refund requests and accept them as our funds allow, but please know our hope is to support each of you who needs one. Please allow at least 10 business days for your refund request to be processed. Any refund requests after 5/31/24 will be on a case-by-case basis. Thank you so much for your understanding 💜
Returns
Please know that due to the nature of our product being a medical device, all Sunny Cup + Applicator sales are final. To inquire about a return due to an unopened package or damaged device, please email us at hello@sunnyperiod.com.
Cancellations
Please know that due to the nature of our product being a medical device, all Sunny Cup + Applicator sales are final. Please email us at hello@sunnyperiod.com IMMEDIATELY so we can cancel your order before shipping is initiated.
Exchanges and Replacements due to Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with your order number and photographs of the damage at hello@sunnyperiod.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue quickly. If your product remains intact, but the packaging is damaged, or the device has damage that was unlikely to be caused by manufacturing or shipping (i.e. the customer), Sunny reserves the right to not issue a return so long as your product is usable.
Refunds
Please know that due to the nature of our product being a medical device, all Sunny Cup + Applicator sales are final. If you feel like you have a unique circumstance, like an unopened package or damaged device, please email us at hello@sunnyperiod.com within 30 days of receipt. Sunny is unable to refund shipping fees. If issued a refund under a unique circumstance, please allow 10 business days from the receipt of your returned item for your refund to process and contact your bank with questions.
Please note: Sunny is not responsible for any packages delivered to the wrong address due to the customer providing the wrong address or not updating their address in a timely manner. If you need to update your address, please email hello@sunnyperiod.com with your order number and new address before the shipping label has been created.
