Comfy Clothes

An essential! We’re all working from home, and on your period, there’s no time to be sitting around in uncomfortable clothes.

One of our interns, Natalie, recently picked up this set on her Target run, and her life has been changed! It’s the perfect transition-into-Spring set that’s cute, comfy, and affordable! Logan, everyone’s favorite Sunny Tik Tok star, recommends these Aerie Fleece Joggers, which are made with Aerie’s sustainability initiative in mind! And, of course, we love our Sunny merch to show our support and feel good while doing it!

Heating/Cooling Pad

A MUST for cramps, we’ve all been there where we need a heating pad but don’t have one, and there is no worse feeling.

Logan is here with the BEST heating pad recommendation you’ve ever seen. This Lobster heating pad is amazing, add it to your Amazon cart immediately. 

Sweet Treats

If you have a sweet tooth like us, you know that some chocolate is essential to making it through the week. 

Natalie swears by Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups! Not too sweet, but still amazing, and they can be conveniently thrown into your bag at the self-checkout line at Target! If you’re looking to bake, Logan always craves Lava cakes. We can’t vouch for the success of this recipe, but it’s worth a shot!

Water Bottle

Hydrate, hydrate, HYDRATE!! So important all times, but especially on your period, so make sure you’re getting plenty of water with a cute water bottle!

Natalie’s go-to water bottle is the classic 32 oz Hydroflask (she’s basic, it’s fine), BUT her roommate recently got the Stanley Flip Straw Cup, and she’s really tempted (let us know, is the Stanley Cup worth the hype??)

Tea

When water isn’t the vibe, you can always go for some herbal tea. 

Logan swears by this Healthy Cycle Tea, which is infused with citrus and mint and uses raspberry bush leaves, which have been traditionally used to support all phases of menstruation. Our founder, Drew, takes it a step further than the rest of us and makes homemade London Fog with earl gray black tea!

Midol 

Unfortunately, a necessity. Drew swears by this stuff for period cramps, but please let us know what your period cramp hacks are! We are all ears.
